LO 5: Contingency Plan

In case something occurs which would delay production, we will use this plan to try continue production.

• Member of production team absent > Split their duties between rest of team
• Host absent for show > Continue Recording; potentially replace with guest host for one show
• Equipment faults > Ask Sheffield Live! for loan of equipment until repaired or replaced
• Lack of News > Move up a Special Episode; e.g. If week 4 (Scheduled Normal Episode) does not have enough Film topics to put into the show, unlike week 5 where there may be many film releases for example, we would move up the Music Special (Week 5 proposed show) up to the week 4's episode
